The Work.
In her practice, Jessie takes a warm, client-centered, and integrative approach, utilizing a combination of somatic, brief, narrative, and psychodynamic therapy techniques. Through a collaborative process, clients gain insight into their family dynamics and past events, illustrating how these factors have influenced their current life experiences. Clients also receive valuable tools and skills to cope with challenges, gain empowerment, repair relationships, and develop agency, both within and outside the therapy room.
Her current work focuses on supporting children, adolescents, and adults within the context of individual, family, and/or couples therapy. Together, they work through a wide range of issues, including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationships, phase of life transitions, parenthood, self-esteem, and body image.
